That man was better at pulling teeth than the dentists I've been to. One tug and it was out. Guy is a master. I'd go to him. And they rinse with solution so I wouldn't worry about the flies. Plus those people have better immune systems to handle it. Mine would handle also - I exercise and re-inforce it.
