Does anyone know how to do this glitch without a boomshield. today on blood drive, this guy did it without a shield in a public match...please help

i do it an easier way i just put the shield on the stairs and i get someone to stand about 1-2 meters away from the shield then you run and take cover on the guy and jump over and your under
