MACS: CDAC-ACTS Seminar on Tech-Sangam Programme at Indore

India is one of the leading countries that offer IT services not only to its development but also all across the globe. The Contribution of Indian Companies to the global software product development is 0.2 percent of the $200 billion market and 1.5 percent of $330 billion market in software services. India wants to retain its edge as IT super power over a period of time and it is anticipated that there is a need of more than 8,75,000 IT skilled Professionals by 2010. So to address this IT human resource crunch, C-DAC has taken a national initiative to get connected with the colleges through its "C-DAC Tech Sangam Programme". Through this programme we have connected more than 290 colleges all over India. Over 290 colleges have given their consent showing interest to participate in the various programmes organized by C-DAC under Tech Sangam Programme.
