This is paying homage to Not a Clever Pony. Very few know this, but For The New Lunar Republic was the first fandom song I ever heard, and it made me want to be a part of this musical community.

Thank you, Not a Clever Pony, though I've never gotten to speak to you, you've been held in high regard since that first day I listened to your work.

I love how suspenseful this feels. This one goes up there with MiuMiu's "Hymn to The Moon" as one of the best remixes/remakes of "For The New Lunar Republic". As for your lack of exposure try submitting it to Celestia Radio, they are one of the more well known brony music streaming sites out there.

@KillerSwiller All of my songs (aside from "Leadership, Courage, Sincerity", since that one is newer and I haven't had much free time since the 'con) are on Celestia Radio. They just don't get played much, lol. Thank you for the comment though, it's always nice to hear feedback!

Personally I think this is one of the better remixes of this song, it definitely deserves more recognition. I don't know if my words help much but keep up the good work brony.

@bigboom28 "Still have a chance for EqD to accept this." Seeing as how I sent it in several weeks ago, and the usual response time is a couple days... yeah Im not feeling this one. Also, I didn't even know about a farewell party... Understandable since I know very few Brony musicians personally. Thank you for the kind words though, knowing that the people who find it like it is just as good as the hype it would get if it were featured on EqD.

@bigboom28 Mhm. EqD is cracking down on as much non-pony-related music (read: original compositions) as they can. I understand the issue, what with so many emails flooding in daily, but really... I saw a NLR remix posted yesterday. Maybe I'm just being a bit salty here, but isn't that pretty much what I did here? :I Nothing against EqD really, they did give me my first foray into being semi-popular. Still, it's kinda disheartening.
