@IFknHateUTube they have a few cheese from western europe, which is good, they don't eat too much cheese therefore they don't gain weight until when they're 50, russian women look very good, not like the women in the US, over 25 yrs old 80% of american women are over 250 pounds. USA is the country of fat ppl, although i don't hate americans but i feel sorry for them, american junk foods make them fat, please don't eat them too much.
