  • wow that was awsome is there a specific reason why you only repair Brodix products reason being, that business would do pretty good here in Barbados where i'm from

  • @01ticktick For a short time we repaired other heads. There was more to deal with when repairing other peoples products so we decided to just repair our own.

  • very nice work...tight beat too i busted a rap

  • @a2sonbull Thanks. We actually make all the music in house.

  • We don't preheat the heads to avoid softening the metal. The rods (after being welded) we use are equivalent to the hardness of the head using the Rockwell B-Scale to verify it. Using our methods we avoid softening the head during the repair process. If the head is damaged enough that the metal is soft we heat treat the head again. Normally when this happens the head is softened from the damage by the customer, not from the repair process.

  • Whats the cost effectiveness like , obviously if people are having them repaired it must be cheaper then just going out and buying another head or is it more its easier to have it repaired then it is to have to wait for a new set to be made ?

  • Once our expert gives a quote we call the customer and tell them if it's more cost effective to repair the head or buy a new one.
