Porto Santo Dune Shelter (Design It competition)

Located nerby a dune on the Island of Porto Santo (Portugal), under a prismatic form, the shelter is designed to allow interaction with local flora and is placed alongside a deck (that follows the beach dune).
Main materials used are strips of wood and glass. The strips provide shading/daylight and also gives it a private character. The interior is caracterized by it´s open space, where the furniture obeys the same constructive system.
