Remember Superbowl XLII. The "helmet catch" is famous, but that one on 3r and 11 and 45s left is really really important in the last drive to plax TD...Steve Smith shows already he's a clutch player, even as a rookie! Go Giants, Go Steve!

  • steve smith, stan and francine smith's son.

  • I'm a Ravens fan but you people bashing Brady are just being bias, plain and simple. Brady did what he had to do, he went down and scored the touchdown and gave his team the lead. Then Manning responded. Neither teams haven't won a playoff game in an eternity so it doesn't matter.

  • lol too bad for eagles fans he didnt try to get the first down yesterday, instead he stepped to the side and went down...luckily he was smart when he was with the giants

  • @Tunes342 you need to learn about football i never said it wasn't important. if you think a wide open catch is impressive than you obviously need to watch more football. you're saying that tyree play got too much attention implying this play should have gotten more attention. you're retarded if you think the tyree play got too much attention because theres not a single play like it! eli escaping the sack was impressive enough tyrees was even more impressive.

  • @SL4VE0WNER1904619 ,When the Cowboys played the Giants ,the same playoffs where the Giants beat the Patriots. Dallas' WR dropped a 3rd down pass in the 4th quarter of play, that wouldve been a first down,if he makes that catch, the Giants probably dont win that game.Do yourself a favor and watch more football. No one said it was spectacular, but it was important and impressive. Ive seen Terrell Owens drop first down passes,I believe he also did it against the Giants in that same game

  • @SL4VE0WNER1904619 ,you must be very young, because if youve ever watched football WR's have stepped out of bounds before getting the first down, some WR's have gotten the first down, but have stayed in bounds, some WR's have dropped the ball in clutch situations, like Antoine Bolden from the Ravens against the Steelers last year in the playoffs, he either dropped the first down reception or the touchdown reception.Mistakes happen. It was impressive because he made the play.SMH.

  • @Tunes342 are you serious? only the stupid wrs wouldn't have known where they were show me 1 wr in a situation where they needed to get out of bounds and they didn't and il show you 10 that did. he did everything right? he did what was expected there was nothing amazing about the catch and run or the pass. it was important just like every single first down is but nothing impressive

  • @SL4VE0WNER1904619 ,not exactly, most Wr's wouldnt have known where they were on the field, most wouldve probably dropped the pass, and most wouldve stayed in bounds letting the clock run,Smith did everything right. As far as better, its a matter of opinion, its a matter of making the play, they were all important.I never said it was a better play, just a very important one,a play that, if it had not been made, the Giants might have lost that game. They were all equally important

  • @Tunes342 yeah but the difference is on tyrees catch most likely no other wr would have caught that ball thats a once in a career type catch. steve smiths was good play calling any wr running that route would have made the play. a third and 11 is obviously more important but that doesn't mean it was a better play and thats why no one talks about it. plaxs was more important than both but tyrees was a better play

  • @SL4VE0WNER1904619 ,true,it wasnt spectacular, but it was just as important, if not more important, because a 4th and 11 is more difficult to overcome than a 4th and 5.It was another obstacle to overcome. Because as you're watching the game, youre thinking, shit, another 3rd down coming up, and this time its 3rd and 11,youre just as worried as you were when it was 3rd and 5 a few plays before, but this previous game on Sunday felt like a Super Bowl, another great game
