Baby baptized in the church: witness
Religious and spiritual poem by Peter Menkin

People post all kinds of personal things on the web. When writing something, even a poem, it is better not to be too personal. Afterall, what is written about becomes something of a story. So it is with this poem about a baptism at the Church I attended. This is a revised version from the original, written in 2000 from when the baptism occurred. I hope you like it.

Note: Photos of mother, father, baby: my niece and her husband. This poem was written about the Baptism of Maggi and John Nicholson's grandchild at Church of Our Saviour (Episcopal), Mill Valley, CA USA (north of San Francisco).

The visual effect of this video poem is to be very fast moving. This is an experimental video poem with audio reading, as usual, by the "Parish Poet," Peter Menkin who compiled and created the video poem. Flower pictures by Michael Menkin of Bellevue, WA USA.
