So...what the heck is meditation? I've been talkin' a lot about it, and getting a bunch of questions from friends about what it means, how to get started, etc...
I'm not an expert, hell...it's still confusing to me on a daily basis, BUT...it has helped with my stress and anxiety level, and feels freakin' awesome so far. So, here we go...the "Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How's" of meditation...in a quick video.

Haha! You're not a dork! This is good info for people who have never meditated or are feeling intimidated/mystified by it. For me, Kundalini yoga helps me get to a place where I can meditate more effectively. I do struggle with "monkey mind" as the yogis call it!
