thats cuz some songs have different beats, they can change and then come back so that will mess up your mix cuz even if you auto syn one song will be faster than the other so by doing this you will fix the problem and make it same speed
Traktor doesn't support BPM variations in the middle of the track. Torq's tempo anchors are the only way to cope with these programs. For now, Serato/Traktor users would have to warp tracks with Ableton Live and export with a constant BPM and then load the new file instead.
It is possible, that's the whole point of tempo anchors ;-)
No other DJ program has this feature. All the others only allow you to set a constant BPM across the track (no BPM variations allowed mid-track). With tempo anchors you can increase/decrease the BPM to correct for any wow/flutter/skips of the original source recording. Also means you can set the beatgrid for old school tracks where the human drummer hasn't used a click track to keep the beat constant.
You can still do it, just the more drift there is from the original tempo, the more anchors you will have to create to keep Torq in line with the song.
