  • i think your on the right track with all the supplements. I have a hard time eating 6 meals a day too. My cousin brings a protein shaker and protein powder with him when hes out and about so he can drink a shake if he miss's the chance to eat a meal.. also i heard that flaxseed oil is a really good EFA like your fish oil. i guess hillary swank put on 23lbs of lean muscle for her role in Million dollar baby and one of her key ingredients in her supplemnts was Flaxseed oil..

  • the meal replacement shakes seem to be great nutritionally, but i just can't hack the taste of them more than once every other day or so. maybe they're an acquired taste?? haha
