  • Mekhi Phifer could play the lifemovie role of James Brown in a movie, looks like him a little bit right there in that pic

  • Yeeeeessss, suuuuh!!! Merry Christmas to all the Christians throughout the world!!

  • I wish everyone A merry christmas!!!!!!! Love dis christmas song.....

  • This song takes me back to when I was a little kid riding in the car with my dad. This is one of his favorite songs.

  • You people need to chill out. At THAT time, there was racial prejudice all in this country, and the black population was for the majority, living in the ghetto. Music and non-violent protests were the main means of expressing the feelings and sentiments of what was going, because those in positions of power refused to listen. RELAX and stop judging this song. It's a song celebrating CHRISTMAS, not polarizing people or living standards. MAN, y'all sound like liberals working for the ACLU.

  • @msjoanneification True. I hate the way music is used to polarize people. They're jumping on you because they're conditioned, using this song to support an attitude or ideal which, if it was genuine could stand on it's own. The other group that blames this one for all their problems does the same thing with country and western. Groups use music and dress to identify one another. It's insidious. Look at the symbiotic relationship between modern music and the cultures influenced

  • 1967 the year of the black christmas....memories

  • An awesome song by JB...one of his best Christmas songs!

  • @msjoanneification did you listen to the lyrics of the song?? man, the song is soulful, funky, positive, and just down right great!!
