  • Curious where you got the CPU usage monitors you have on top right of your computer?

  • @dntutley sorry, but I don't remember, at the time iStat menu's was not compatible with snow leopard, so I used this program for a few weeks until iStat was ready for snow leopard. I have been using iStat ever since and it is much better then the one shown here.

  • So you would save a QT recording as a .mov file and then import it into iMovie to add and edit for a finished 'video' that you can then share on YouTube?

  • yes you could do that, but you can also upload to youtube directly from Quicktime if you dont want to do any editing.

  • I was curious to see how the screen capture feature worked in quicktime X. Thanks!

  • so was I, and it looks like Quicktime has a much richer texture to the video, better overall quality

  • @dntutley It's called iStat Pro. I have it too, its works wonders, without it I would be in major problems. Well it's perfect for me because I have a Hackintosh!!!

  • @ ikicaq or anyone..... If I do a tutorial on Garageband for example...I'm having audio issues...the audio ( using a Apogee Duet sound card) is really low on the recorded video but not when I'm recording it... any suggestions

  • Im wondering what codecs does this programme suport so i can put a movie from dvd and then convert to ipod even though theres different ways i need it for other uses
