  • The church, though flawed, is the remnant seed; meaning the sda church has the truth. Pray the the church including the GC. That does not negate the individual walk with Christ.

  • I''ll tell you what. If I could have a talk with Ted Wilson and let him read the books I wrote in the 1980s, which caused the Leadership, including his own father to help spread lies about me all over the world... and have Ted apoligize to me for what happened and admit the entire thing I wrote concerning what was going on at that time in the Church THEN I would believe in his sincerity. Till then I just cannot. Neal Wilson sent 3 people to my house to try to discredit me but it backfired on him

  • @snewman25 You can not tear down the entire GC like that. What about Acts 15? You have not met all the members of the GC and therefore can not judge. Don't get me wrong, the GC has some pretty bad people in it, but they will be shaken out, until then we must remember them in prayer. The SDA church DOES NOT worship the GC as you put it in your last statement. "Beware of those who arise with a great burden to denounce the church." Manuscript Releases Volume One, Pages 348-357.

  • I thank Brother Wilson for his comments. Our church leadership needs to be lifted up in prayer, not torn down. Whatever is happening in the church it is in our Father's hands. At the same time we need to be informed and I pray that the following link will help educate.

Father, I want to reflect you. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me.

  • I believe that we all must "study to find ourselves approved", and I do believe it must start with our founding fathers--the pioneers and the principles which were taught during their existence...theirs is the "straight and narrow" path. Now, according to our ordained leaders, we must greatly respect their ORDAINED leadership. We must submitt to those whom Christ has placed in positions of authority over us. Let us not put down our leaders, but better raise them up in prayer.

  • @adventistchallenger you serious. Yet we hear that the voice of the Conference is the voice of God. Every time I have heard this, I have thought it was almost blasphemy. The voice of the Conference ought to be the voice of God,BUT IT IS NOT, because some in connection with it are not men of faith and prayer, they are not men of elevated principle.{ChL 20.4}" I hope This guy is honest and filled with the Spirit but I follow Christ only not a conference or a president.

  • Change takes time to happen.

  • The SDA church has gone away from the Fundamental Principles that at one time sustained the church, during the pioneer’s time and not since 1985 they have accepted new doctrines that match the RCC. Don’t believe me the compare the 1872 fundamental Principles with the fundamental beliefs, they are not the same, there are MAJOR changes that have taken place.

    Peace and Grace

    David

  • He admits it’s a problem then they should remove those people from places of leadership. The VOP is in fact teaching Spiritual Formation, there is no way around it. All one has to do is to look at their outline, who they have as their teachers and where they where taught. They can change the name but it does not change the fact of what it is.

  • And Pastor Wilson IS a Seventh Day Adventist. He preaches what our Church Teaches. If a Seventh Day Adventist - From the pulpit to the pew disagrees with what this Ordained Leader has been teaching and preaching - They are in the Adventist Church - But not OF the Seventh Day Adventist Church. They will leave when the "kitchen" gets too hot.
