  • @gookdave Yeah! why don't you swing on over to Ming Sai's place and tell him the same thing as the first time I had ever seen this type of recipe done it was with him and considering that he is one of the best fusion guys in the world he would probably like to hear from you! Do you speak for the Japanese people or something!

  • Now as one that makes lots of sushi and lots of carpaccio that recipe is fantastic because many people cant get sushi grade salmon, but they can fix that issue using the hot oil! I have made similiar dishes with ahi. I like your dish very much!
