  • If it were up to me, I would have done the following to make the program more "balanced". Move the first double axel to the slow part of the program (near where her butterfly jump was). This would add heft to the slow part and also give her more time to add some rotations to her first combination spin. Also, in the slow part, add maybe a short spiral position or Ina Bauer, again to give it a little more substance. Finally, she needed to do the triple loop. But it is very artisitic.

  • this was a complete departure from the free skate she produced a year ago, transforming the free into a forum for artistry and performance. love it. out of context, its just art.
