ok so for people who aren't familiar with the dancing culture in the U.S. just know people mix'n'match stuff lots. and these kids do have their own music. their just guest appearing in the South Asian Society's RANGILA show and prepared a hiphoppy-filipino-south-asian-blend type art. that's the context. no manipulation by white men of any sort.

ola elgogui45. don't judge so easily. from your reaction you're probably not too familiar with the dancing culture in the united states. it's a big melting pot, much more diverse and open to different cultures (than Spain is), so people naturally mix 'n match.. especially in colleges. white man's not manipulating anyone. and there are native Philippine dances that these people dance to as well, just not in this instance. (si no me entiende, escríbame por favor.) .con mucho respeto. j

y'all should check out an indian dance team called tcnj saathiya, they've got filipino dancers that are sick at bhangra, bharatnatyam, etc. one of their filipino members went on to be part of TBT (THE Bhangra Team). flips mad good at indian dancing.
