I'm sorry, but Interplay "used" to be good. Yes they may have sparked off different game designers, many of whom that are rich and famous to date. But, that was then, not now. Taking back their baby, Fallout, is kind of the right thing to do, seeing as they created it and own the true rights to it, but saying that Bethesda are being dicks about the whole thing? Not likely, they made the brand what it is today. If Interplay takes it back, and they lose everything...then goodbye to Fallout rights.

@slayermate07 they settled the lawsuit letting them make a true Fallout MMO. Plus, Bethesda's fallout is better imo.

I'm very disappointed that InterPlay didn't ever sell the rights to the Freespace, Decent, and MDK series. Freespace should have at lest went back to Violition. That was the most epic starfighter sim of all time.
