This is the music that plays during the boss fight against Trance Kuja in Final Fantasy IX. Enjoy!

P.S I know that the messenger in the opening of the video is spelt 'Messanger' - I failed while making it and never changed it :P

  • This is actually called Darkness of Eternity, but it's awesome nonetheless.

  • @FFassassin71 The difference in name comes from it's literal Japanese translation and the name it was given by the English localisers... so basically, both names are correct ;)

  • title fail

  • @royokihokage Someone finally noticed. I did indeed fail but I'd already made the video by the time I realised so I cba to sort it out ;)

  • I dont care what anyone says this and final fantasy six were the best games.

Zidane is SOOO much more likeable than the other protagonists of the other final fantasy games.

He has his sad moments... but he doesnt moan and whine all the time, I mean the only time he does (spoilers)

is when he discovers he was supposed to kill everyone on the planet he was raised.

    I think it was justified.

The story was great too and Kuja was a baddass villain.. despite questionable attire.

  • <-- Hardcore fan!

  • @XarynLucifer IMO, FF9 is the best, my second favourite FF is FF10, doesn't matter that Tidus was a whiny little bitch, it was still a fun game.

  • @XarynLucifer Actually, I never understand the people who harp about the emoism of the protagonists in these games. Sure, Cloud was much too emo in Advent Children, and Vincent was emo in his game, but other than that, the protagonists' angst never takes center stage, nor does it usually dominate their character.

(I like 7 and 9 the best, but I've never played 6...:I I should look into getting it. 7 just gets hyped a lot, and that's why, in some people's eyes, it isn't so good.)

  • Honestly there is no "best" final fantasy game. The games ar works of art, and like works of art in life, they appeal to each individual person in different ways. Some see sadness, anger ,beauty, perfection. No two pieces of art are the same and no two people view them the same. Can't we all just enjoy the fact that we have these masterful games too look back on and appreciate, no matter which we prefer over others?

  • goosebumps.

  • @aeonlord92 If I localise your name to Arselord, I don't think you'd be agreeing.

  • @aeonlord92 No both names are not correct. The localisers should stop changing things that don't need changing. The track name is given by the composer and the writer, and not the localiser.

  • Favorite battle theme from the series so far<3

  • I really like this song, the second in my list of favorites(the first one is One Winged Angel)

  • It's like battling Leviathan, Satan's sargeant at arms. Jus sayin', I have a creative mind.
