geez! have you heard of the Acuspeed 24 Diet (just google it)? I keep hearing some incredible things about it and my grandpa burned crazy amounts of fat doing it.

@youll5 Whats wrong with driving and making a video? It's just the same as if you were driving and talking to someone in the passenger seat. Nothing "disgraceful" about it....

very good video.. my husband and I are huge low carbers.. one of my favorites is to grate parsnips, cut them into fry shapes, drizzle with a little olive oil and old bay season and broil for about 15 minutes.. taste better than fries.. got the idea from "eating low with Amy" on you tube.. again, thanks :)
