Often used in very carefully choreographed routines, Victorian ladies, as well as gentlemen would meet to juggle and throw clubs as a good form of exercise. Very popular during the late Victorian era and varying in size and weight. Originating from India, exercise or juggling clubs were introduced to the Victorians by British Soldiers who were stationed there during the 19th Century.
