The City of Saint Paul recently upgraded its Emergency Warning System and installed 37 brand new warning sirens throughout the city. Emergency Management Director Rick Larkin talks about the upgrades.

    36 sirens is not alot for that big of a city.. they should have kept the old system, and just added the new sirens in w/ the old.

    great to see St. Paul is upgrading there systems however the idea of having ONE sound to notify people is just so silly... There should be different sounds from a thunderstorm warning to a tornado warning
