The lead-in was different, but this is Ros Sereysothea's song Jam 10 Kai Theit (Wait 10 Months More). Do a search on youtube and you'll find the original (with still pictures).

@megnradx07 yes, "dop" does indeed mean "10". so wtclark just has it slightly off when phonetically spelling the khmer name for the song "wait 10 more months," which should be "cham dop kai theat"
apparently both songs were the soundtracks made for a film, which explains the story-like sequence. i just read about this in an another youtube post, so it may or may not be wrong. :)

Not to criticize your comment, but isn't Brum or Pram means 5? Because dop means 10. I wouldn't know just commenting on what you wrote. I would have to listen again to the original song again to find out. But thanks for sharing.
