Yeah, too bad Michael isn't alive anymore unlike other game show greats like Ken Jennings, John Carpenter and Mark DeCarlo just to name a few. If he were still around though, he would've been on the special himself and shared his experience of being a contestant.

I'd agree with Peter's closing remarks.

All of the other quiz show scandals involve players conspiring with the network/show producers OR finding flaws that break well-defined rules. This is neither - he single-handedly cracked the code and played their game within their rules. Ethically, it might have been a little shaky, but you really can't deny the guy's earnings.

He earned it all.

RIP Michael Larson AND Peter Temarken. Hard to think the two major components of this documentary that isn't even 10 years old are both dead.

Did the narrator really say: "The ultimate whammy....." for when he died? Is this a common phrase in the english language? It sounds kind of rude.
