Tuning Forks - Balancing & Healing Self with Sound

I have taken energy classes and am a Reiki Master but I've never found much info regarding tuning forks for toning/tuning chakras and the body, so I thought I'd make this video because many people, therefore, may not be aware of the power of sound towards their bodies both positive and negative, or that tuning forks even exist. Most practioners of energy work will likely agree that using your intuition is the best method of promoting health, happiness, and well-being. Tuning forks are just one method of many methods of sound. I believe if you keep your chakras open and balanced you will keep your whole self well.

Try igniting them against a small wooden block or plank. I found a vintage playing block from my childhood that resonates well with me. ;)
