And so the countdown begins again... 14 weeks out from the WBFF World Fitness Championships, I'm once again showing my workouts that transform my physique ready for the big contest on September 18th in Toronto.

Over the next 14 weeks I'll be showing various workouts and training phases, as well as some of the other areas of contest prep that isn't perhaps all to familiar to non-competitors (and maybe even some competitors).

From now and for the next 6 weeks or so I'll be in my strength and size phase, meaning that everything about my training, nutrition, supplementation and perhaps one of the most vital and all to often overlooked; rest and recovery, will be to keep me in as much of an anabolic state as possible.

Today's shoulder workout was a basic one at that with only 4 exercises, but each one was performed with all-out intensity and worked beyond my threshold, meaning my body has to adapt by recovering and growing bigger and stronger to be able to manage heavier weights for my next workout.

  • The cable workout is good but I use it as a pre work out it help get the burn out of the way so when I do free weights I don’t really get that much burn

  • On the rear cable crossovers i can never feel any tension in the muscle can someone tell me why?
