This is a new concept design incorporating the H32-1,728 sq. ft. relocation platform technology. Six 1,728 sq. ft. multi-floor units surround a central unit of the same design. Each of the outer hexagonal buildings have four floors. The first three floors are designed as living space and with the top floor as a greenhouse for growing in house organic food. The central unit is designed as a community center taking up three levels. A 5th floor could be added to raise the structure above the height of the outer six buildings. The top level is a multi-functional atrium with birds, rabbits, herb gardens, water falls, etc. designed as a sacred space. The community is designed around the concept of the kibbutz in Israel. In this gated community there are three entrance points with the remaining being a entrance for vehicle traffic and two shops. The inner free zone is a play ground for children. Various sky-walks connect each unit to the other that can also be used for surveillance. Cost to build this concept model should be less than 1/3rd the cost of conventional housing. This particular model is designed to accommodate between 250 to 300 men, women and children-code named THE JOSHUA PROJECT.
