  • From what I recall Linford's two series were all on location, and after his drugs scandal the series was on hold during 2000 before a final (also location-based) series in 2001 with Fearne Cotton and co.

    The show did start changing before Baker and Akabusi left though, their last set did away with the big audience seating and was in a black-walled studio with much smaller audience...

  • my ex told me the day Roy died and they showed a still picture of his face on the news,her dad held up a lit cig to his lips and laughed.

  • @TheTmny876able He was a very talented man was Roy Castle I can remember seeing him and his son Ben performing together on Bruce's Guest Night in 1993 his hair had just started growing back. Roy was also a great trumpet player as well.

  • I was randomly thinking about the death of Roy Castle the other day and couldn't remember when about it occured so I was glad I found this clip.

    I used to have the tribute single that was recorded after he died which was called Record Breakers. Anyone remember this?
