A circular walk between Haworth and Oakworth in West Yorkshire

A 2 ½ mile circular walk between the two West Yorkshire villages of Haworth and Oakworth. Instead of focusing on the Bonte Sisters, this walk features the film "The Railway Children" which was filmed along the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway in 1970.

Nice film, Pity you didn't catch the 957 going towards Harworth, smoke box first, We usualy walk the line being lines side, but we alwasy enjoy the footpatch from Harworth to Oxenhope. If you haven't already ventured that way it would make a good addition to you film.
