Cody: so i called to see if you and joe wanted to meet up somewhere tomorrow.

Demi: yea, that'd be great.

Cody: is 5 at pinkberry ok for you guys?

Demi: yea, that's fine. we'll see you then.

Cody: alright. see you tomorrow. **hangs up**

Demi: **quickly calls joe**

Joe: **phone rings and answers it** hello?

Demi: joe! cody just called me.

Joe: what did he say?

Demi: he said he understands and he wants us to meet him at pinkberry tomorrow at 5.

Joe: **exhales** i'm glad he's not mad anymore.

Demi: yea...so you can make it right?

Joe: yea, i gotta go. i'll see you tomorrow.

Demi: bye. **hangs up**

**at the jonas brothers' house**

Kevin: **flipping through the channels and hears the doorbell ring** joe! get the door!

Joe: why me?

Kevin: because i'm resting my feet. duh.

Joe: **rolls his eyes and opens the door** miley? what are you doing here so late?

Miley: is nick here?

Joe: yea, he's in his room. but why a-

Miley: **walks up to nick's room before joe can finish**

Joe: ok...then. **walks back to where kevin is**

Kevin: who was it?

Joe: miley...

Kevin: what is she doing here?

Joe: **shrugs**

Kevin: **looks back at the tv**

Kevin&Joe: **suddenly looks at each other** you don't think?! **quickly run up to nick's room**

**in nick's room**

Nick: miley? what are you doing here?

Miley: nick...i've been wanting to tell you this for a long time.

Nick: and you have to tell me now?

Miley: yes.

Nick: it's late. you can tell me tomorrow.

Miley: no. this can't wait. **kisses nick**

Nick: **doesn't know what to do**

Miley: **pulls away** nick, i need to know how you feel about me.

Nick: miley...i...uh...

Kevin: i think nick needs some help.

Joe: nah. i rather just stand here and watch.

Kevin: **looks at joe**

Joe: ok, ok. let's go.

Kevin: **takes a deep breath and walks into the room** hey nick. hey miley.

Miley: hey kevin...

Kevin: you guys wanna watch a movie? i'm not interrupting, am i?

Miley: uh...no.

Kevin: good. well, what are we waiting for? don't keep the movie waiting.

Miley: **fake smiles and walks downstairs**

Joe: **looks at kevin** don't keep the movie waiting? are you kidding me? was that the best you got?

Kevin: i don't do well under pressure.

Nick: **walks up to them** thanks guys. but i need to deal with this eventually. i'm gonna go talk to her.

Kevin: so i did all this for nothing?

Joe: i told you we should have just watched.

Kevin: **glares at joe**

Nick: **laughs**

Kevin: good luck, bro.

Nick: thanks. **leaves**
