first off butterfly after cooking? wow..then to press out all the juices with your fork dance? horrible..and the music sucks

I've never seen anyone butterfly meat while it was cooking on the grill. This seems to go directly against the beliefs most of the how-to-cook-beef crowd when it comes to opening or pressing while cooking.....

The music was so loud and annoying it made the video hard to watch... plus what goes does it to to post a video of a recipe if you are not going to explain what you are doing? This was not very good.

I have English instructions on the right of the menu one can read. There are many recipes and recipe books. No vissuals. I just want to show what it should look like and how hard or easy the recipe may be. I start with a hot grill. I simply use, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. I keep turning to avoid overcooking center. I have no control over the volume, but changed the song. Thank you for your comment.
