In handball, counterattacks come from above

If we had to give out awards for the hardest-working parts of his body, first prize would doubtless go to his arms. For many years Àlex González has been putting his upper body muscles and joints to the test. And that's because, as captain of the Sant Martí Adrianenc handball first team, he has to focus all his explosive strength into his upper half, to score goals against the other side and make his the winning team. We shall be accompanying him and his team-mates during a coaching session at the Pavelló Municipal del Besòs, so we can discover the basic principles for playing this sport.
