Home foreclosures are reaching record levels in many parts of the country. And it's no wonder, since most people who can't make their payments do the opposite of what they should. If you're behind in your mortgage, heed this expert advice from money reporter Stacy Johnson.

Well, they will be making a lot of money off of mine. I am going to fucked this house up from the floor to the ceiling. Once I am done, it will take them months to clean this shit up. hahah

I think this only works in certain states. Also in certain states you only have a 30 day window when you get a notice of default. It is a big mess. We are in a recession, file chapter 7 and be done with it. This way the lender cannot sale the house and come after you for the deficiency balance.

  • The banks, lenders and subprime lenders don't give a SHIT about what you are going through. I say, let them foreclose and then file bankruptcy so they can't come after you for the deficiency. Yes, your credit will take a hit, but so what. We are in a recession and you will not be the only one in that boat. Fight back with Chapter 7

  • By the way, this video is describing a pre-trial process known as "curing"; it's a process out of courts to settle contract disputes. It works very well for the one being foreclosed on because it proves the litigant/plaintiff did not enter into negotiations to keep it out of court. They did not attempt to satisfy this COMMON LAW REMEDY!

  • If anyone here is having problems paying on a mortgage, they could file a common law lien on that property stating principal paid plus life experience value; this lien must be satisfied before foreclosure or a commercial lien can be put in place!

    RESEARCH COMMON LAW LIEN!!
