  • mark, i just got an inzer rage x bench shirt, i used it for the first time, after using it i took it off and i had busted blood vessels around my tricep and under my arm pits. should that of happened. i thought it should of, but you're the expert on this. plz reply, i really want to know

  • @strongsick286 also i done two max on bench witch i know i should prob just done one ill just do one next week but i take 3 sets to fail 3 to 1 or pretty close right and just try add weight each time and also can i go longer than two weeks or do yall do just one week have like 4 exercise rotate between them kind of new to this i got a basic idea but just want information from the best

  • ok well today was monday i just happen to max out for bench so tommorow be squats and deads i just decided i want ot start powertraing the way you guys do it so on thur and fri day be speed training and assistance is that about how you train and can and im assuming i change a max lift each week or two weeks am i right am i dong it right other words any advice thanks i got a account on your site but i cant remember and i wanted a fast answer so any advice thanks
