Bodega bar was at capacity as the crowds filled the bar to witness Wellington's finest street artists battle head to head in New Zealand's first Red Bull Wreckers Yard qualifier.
The artists had to paint to a theme and under a time limit to impress the judges; YELZ was crowned the Wellington Red Bull Wreckers Yard champion on Saturday night securing himself a spot in the Melbourne Grand Final this June.

how at 0:18 does the paint not run under the stencil?

if they graffiti in the streets and the get caught the will not get a ticket, be asked to do more paintings, and get a sponsor deal. now if i graffiti somewhere. the cops would probably shoot me on the spot for how bad my "art" is.

Redbull is getting too much into their editing and not enough into their actual event. Didn't see too much and it was only a 12 min comp!?! Whats next, who can take the biggest shit and just show the toilet and the crowd?!
