  • @TheShagadelicBaby A strong neck works as a shock absorber for you.. like if you take a punch you head wont snap back as much as with a non trained neck.

  • @TheShagadelicBaby Its because if you have a strong neck when you get hit it stops your neck from whipping back as much, so you can take hits better :)
