you will never get it tuned like this.To much pressure on the axel.Let it run free....let it gooo and full throttle it ....that would be fun.Wouldnt it?? up the gras on the road yeahaaa.....

Seems to me that it needs to be tuned. try adjusting the idle first then move on to the high speed needle. Turn the high speed needle until the engine reaches max rpm's then bring it back a quarter turn.
