@markanunson Totally agree. There are a few cafe scattered around where the coffee is pretty good in downtown Seattle. Overall, there are so many other cooler places outside of the downtown Seattle where the coffee and food is great. There are too many yuppy/snooty type of restaurants that are popping up though. The mobile food trucks are where it's at nowadays. There is so much room for opportunity in that sense.

The funny thing is that Downtown Seattle is a pretty barren wasteland when it comes to culture/food/coffee. Fremont, Ballard, U-Dist, Cap Hill, etc are where the good stuff may be found.

oofda... you missed all the important cafes... Espresso Vivace, Victrola, Cafe Ladro, Cafe Vita, Stumptown, etc. They all use the ristretto method, and make excellent espresso.

You summed it up right!!! Those places are all excellent places for coffee. We are so lucky here in Seattle for that. BaristaBros, next time you're in town try those spots. But there are so many others!!!

Agree that Seattle is a top spot for coffee. Wish more cities had so many good cafes to to choose from.

We have been to those as well. The ones in this video are a few of the ones we went to in the city centre that we liked.
