Congrats on your progress, I did the grapes for a week and it went really well. So nice to see a brother eating clean. I thought more clearly just like you described.

Can I do a grape & Mary Jane duo diet? :-) I'm a veggie, I've been one for about 4 years, I think? Anyhoo, this is the 1st time I'm hearing of mono diets, literally about 15 minutes ago. & that nerdy girl u were talking about, she's my girlfriend! My gay friend says bananas look that good to him all of the time! Seriously though mate, how long should one do a mono diet for, and what does one hope to achieve with a mono diet? Like I said, I'm JUST finding out about this, ur my research subject

@Devilen73 LOL. Funny stuff... You can do a grape and MJ duo diet but I don't recommend it. I have love for MJ but inhaling smoke and resin and toxins can't be good for the body. But by all means, it may work for you. You will probably reach some new levels of creativity ;) How long should one do a mono diet for depends on one's goals. I think if you really want to clean out your body you should go for about 10 days w/o MJ. I would start off slow, maybe just 2 o 3 days n see how you feel. Peace!
