i found a new website .jobs bidder.com they don't charge commissions and you only pay a small fee if you win bid they have Freelance jobs And Tradesmen jobs so you are not limited to only Freelancers there are so many other categories of other service jobs

You should NEVER EVER EVER pay for job listings. I don't care if it's freelance work, or any other type of work. You should never have to pay to find work. That's just dumb. Don't be dumb people.
