@ctrackmonger Yep, that's why the Supreme Court refused to even rule on the birther conspiracies. They read the documents and found the entire thing frivolous.

If the Supreme Court rules it constitutional, there will be very little reason for a Civil War..

You see the difference between the Supreme court and congress is the supreme court takes their time to read the documents. Congress just passes it when they have the power. You know like they did with the Bailout Bill, Patriot Act and now this BS. When the supreme court says it is constitutional you can thank Obama for the Civil War that will break out.
