this looks delicious, but extremely expensive. i admire her for showing real gourmet cooking though, rather than watered down gourmet that you see on the food network.

That looks really really good.It looks like that big loaf\pate can feed a small army for a week,LOL.
I think i will try to make this recepie ,one day....
I would just add a nice thick gravy on my slice & a side of good vegetables or a salad to compliment.Mabe a good wine too...
