You are both wrong and right Zed. This IS the Norn theme. It plays in the Norn intro cinematic for GW2. It also plays during Eir's speech in the race trailer. It also plays during the norn trailer in their race section of the GW2 official site. However, there is a portion of the norn theme that is a nod to the old GW theme (the song that plays during the character selection screen). Which I think is pretty cool actually.
