how the hell is kareem a forward???

@Sovnarkom A good forward sets up picks, etc, other play making, not just shots. There's no great measurements, even still today. It took years for them to add "assists" as a measure for guards, if it weren't for this addition John Stockton's stats without assists would make it look like he just took up space...

@handymoon123 Of course he's a center, at 7'2", what do you think?

@juliojgr19 I agree that the F/C position does complicate rankings but then you have players like Connie Hawkins, Scottie Pippen and Magic Johnson who could play any position on the court. Or F/Gs like Dr. J and Michael Jordan. In the end - it's all basketball.
Disregarding forwards 6'10" and above in height .... Larry Bird is still not the best and even he admits that. He has the best outside shot of any forward - but Dr. J and Connie Hawkins are better all around players.
Justice is done at the End.
"They said he was too Short to Play Forward"
"They said he was too Overweight to Play Pro"
"They said he was too Slow to Play Basketball"
"They said he couldn`t Jump"
SIR CHARLES BARKLEY & LARRY LEGEND BIRD :)

The concept of Forward is too strange: Mc Hale (or Duncan, Garnett, Gasol) is more similar to Rick Barry than to Olajuwon? I don't think so. That's why is so difficult to find the best PF, because nowadays is mixed with center (the international positions are easier). If you talk about normal forwards, then no doubt: Larry Bird is the best.
