  • silken tofu?

  • @CassieLovley91 Look for Mori-Nu brand - aseptic box on the shelf usually in the Asian section of larger grocery stores.

  • @DelectablePlanet im afraid to make it, i heard tofu causes cancer?

  • @BlackSkullz09 There are lots of rumors out there...but there is no research that shows that soy products actually cause cancer. Soy is just another bean - a little higher in fat than most - and full of vitamins and minerals, fiber and protein. Like anything else, eat tofu and other soy products in moderation, and buy organic.

  • Nice and simple, thanks. I am assuming you could add flavourings like mustard and garlic to the mayonnaise. Also, what are your thoughts on soya products, it's difficult when there are so many conflicting opinions. I'm only just embarking on meat free and mainly raw foods. My gut instinct tells me that too much of everything is bad.

  • @Susanne171062 @Susanne171062 Flavorings are a great idea to spice up mayo. And you are probably correct in assuming that too much of anything is probably not a good thing. Soy products have been used safely for thousands of years. Stay away from GMO soy as it may be very dangerous. We mostly suggest the fermented soy products as the easiest to digest.

  • Seriously people, who said that Soy product causes cancer? That is another FUD (Fear Uncertainty and Doubt) from the meat industries.

This is unbelievable, Gosh. People are you for real?

  • @BlackSkullz09 There's more evidence to suggest that soy and soy products PREVENT cancer. It's recommended for women who have or have had breast cancer because of it's protective properties.

  • very good

    i like this recipe :)

  • @DelectablePlanet Thanks for that.
