Dr. Jeanne Ohm, Executive Director of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, discusses the importance of chiropractic care during pregnancy and for infants.
The fact is that people that are believers that things always go well without intervention have "faith".. Just as the people who believe that things always go well with medical intervention are delusional believers in a "higher power" as well. You cannot apply statistics to biological systems. Some people need c sections but most do not... You are slanted on way and the medics are another. Both are imbalanced. Prove you are neutral and say "Jesus is an asshole". Then I will know..
where IS this coming from ? i have no mention of faith or God, only FACTS something you are clearly lacking, check out the documentary before spouting your beliefs on others.
only about 2% need medical intervention. drs CAUSE the increased need, why is it that other countries (civilized nations ) do not have americas high c section rate? 70% of births are w midwives as to US 1%
Well the thing is that there is a time for medical intervention and there are times when it is misused. When misused tradgedy can happen and when not used tradgedy can happen. The key is nort to be a religious zealot on either side. We know that Jesus and God are lies so nothing spiritual will hjelp you. The pont is that nothing but harsh reality exists. There is no God or Jesus that can help a birth gone wrong. There is no such thing as "faith' helping in a birth. Just be careful!!!!
Basically this is a good video. But Dr Ohn fails to understand or explain that sometimes c sections and medical interventions are needed even if the mother is subluxation free. I think Dr Ohm needs to spend a year in a hospital silently observing. She could then couple this experience with the valuable philosophy that she offers. Conversley I think a pediatric doctor should spend a year silently watching Dr Ohm, seeing what Dr Ohm sees and does.
