High winds in Little Egg Harbor cause the BayShore sign to spin during the storm of March 13, 2010. And, NO. The sign is not suppost to spin - it's stationary.
Howevery, it is a good thing it did spin because the crane in Atlantic City fell and a house there collapsed - flattened like a pancake. Trees were down all over and I lost a few roof shingles that day.
