Fringe Group Demands Texas Sovereignty

As a result of Texas Governor Rick Perry's call for possible secession, fringe groups are now protesting and demanding the Governor make good on his promise. Rachel Maddow discusses it with Dallas Morning News reporter Wayne Slater.

Nah, their growing Latino population will become a majority, Spanish will be declared as the official language, and all that white trash dickheads will come rushing into USA as illegal immigrants, taking honest Americans jobs, raising crime in the street and demanding socialized healthcare so that the tax payer will be force to fund their lazy bums (who, as I've previously mentioned, will be working in a job belonging to a real American, that is, a Latino one who was here before them).

Texas and Oklahoma should go. Take their Republican electoral college votes with them. Democrats will win every presidential election from then on in the new slimmed down United States. LOL

Let them go, but they take their share of the national debt with them and are completely cut off from aid from the US. The Mexican drug cartels would own that state in under a week.

How is a discussiogn of secession a bad thing? If Texans no longer see membership in the United States as a net plus, and think they'd prefer to leave the club, why shouldn't they? They came in voluntarily it should be their choice to leave. It's not like they haven't been a nation before.

@DarthCipient There are many good people in Oklahoma and Texas. Rather than writing them off please join the good fight to get rid of the neanderthal trouble making american hating Republican hypocrites that govern out of fear, hate, bigotry and stupidity. Rick Perry sold texas to japan and won elections only because there were independent party splits. He does not represent the majority at ALL.
