If You Only Knew chapter 27

I pulled him back for another kiss and then I let him go, opening my eyes slowly to look into his face.
**End POV**

**Regina's POV**
"ALY! Don't scare us like that again!!!" I ran forward to hug her... but that's when I realized she was holding Nick's hand. "What did I miss?"
Aly: *giggles*
Tori: ALY!!!!!
Aly: *smiles at us* Oh.. nothing much
I glared at her "Liar" She stuck her tongue out at me, so I switched my eyes to Nick's face. Determined. "So, finally came to your senses then?"
Aly: REGINA!
Nick: *looks at the floor* No... Aly she's right
I crossed my arms
Nick: Yeah... I guess I did. I've been being an ass.
"Yes. yes you have" I informed him.
Aly: *glares at me* Well I forgive you Nick.
Nick: *smiles at her* Obviously
She giggled, glanced at us and blushed. "Whoa whoa WHOA! What did we MISS?"
Tori: *starts giggling hysterically* Way to go Aly!
Aly: *blushes*
I started giggling too. I couldn't help it.
Tori: Finally tamed the monster!
This was too much for me, Joe, kevin and Tori. We fell over cracking up.
Aly: *blushes bright bright red* Stop it guys!
I used a lamp to get me to my feet "S--s-- Sorry" I chocked out, trying to hold back laughter. "No hard feelings?" I asked Nick.
Nick: Sure, no hard feelings. *glanced at Joe, standing up* I'll have my turn soon enough.
I was so confused by this. So, by their reactions, was everyone else. Nick and ALy walked to the kitchen to get something to drink and I turned to the room. "What did he mean?"
Tori: *shrugs* No clue
Kevin: None at all
Joe: *shuffles his feet*
"Joe?" I asked, curiously. "Do you know what he meant?"
Joe: N-no.
He was avoiding eye contact with everyone in the room.
*Ding Dong*
Joe: *rushes to the door*
Katie: *falls into Joe's arms* Joe!
Joe: *stumbles backwards* Katie?
Katie: She got away!!!!
Joe: Wh--WHAT?!
Katie: Sh-- She attacked the po--police off--officers and r--ran for it!
Her entire body was shaking with suppressed sobs.
Katie: A--And then she c--came for m--me.
Joe: *lifts Katie's hands to look at her nails and then throws her to the ground*
Katie: J--Joe?
Joe: Don't pull that trick on me again Dani. Katie's nails are painted dark blue. Not red.
Everyone in the room was frozen as her shaking stopped and she calmly got to her feet.
Dani: Much more observant than you look aren't you?
I started forward, but Tori caught my arm and held me back.
Tori: Leave it. He can deal with it.
Dani: *sighs* Shame. You seem like you would have been fun
Joe: What did you do to Katie?
My lip curled back in disgust as her eyes scanned him.
Dani: Perhaps you still could be?
Joe: What did you do to Katie?!
Tori: *hisses at Kevin* Get the police back here.
Kevin: *ducks down to get his phone*
I watched him crawl to the kitchen. Dani didn't notice.
Joe: WHAT DID YOU DO TO KATIE?!
Dani: *grins* You mean Dani?
Joe: No!
Dani was suddenly across the room, on top of Joe and everything went blank. I don't remember what happened next. All I can remember is Dani's screams, my snarl of rage and Joe's calls to me to stop. Then a sharp pain right in the back of my head and everything went black.
